For a small service fee, we diagnose the problems with your appliance or consumer electronics devices and give you a repair estimate. We are always learning newer and better methods and techniques service and repair devices.
Since 1987, we have repaired consumer and office electronic devices in our shop at the foot of the Dobbins Air Force Base runway on Cobb Parkway. Because appliances have grown in physical size and weight, we understand that is in usually impractical to bring your devices to our repair shop. Therefore, to better service your needs, we will now come to your office and/or home to repair your broken appliance that is in need of service. Our mobile service area includes the counties of Cobb, Cherokee, Clayton, Dekalb, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, and Paulding in the MetroAtlanta area.

Before Rapid Electronic Repair technicians repair or service your appliance or consumer electronics device, we do a diagnostic service check to find out what the real problem is and give you an idea of how much it will cost and how long it will take to repair or service. The following things are done during this diagnostic service evaluation and checking process:

- ★ Look for any burned-out electronic parts;
- ★ Replace any fuses or failsafe parts that need it;
- ★ If a failsafe device or fuse has failed, we find out where it went wrong;
